COVER PLUS is a total
peace of mind maintenance and service contract covering all aspects
of your presentation system.
PRESCOMM
Cover Plus can extend your standard warranty cover to provide
fully comprehensive protection for up to three-years.
PRESCOMM Cover Plus offers you priority technical support from
our in house technical department, and free emergency call outs
if necessary.
PRESCOMM Cover Plus offers a free loan replacement projector where
you existing unit requires repair, including all transportation
costs (in the UK), together with free annual software upgrades.
PRESCOMM Cover Plus can minimise the risk of buying an additional
expensive piece of equipment, and solves unexpected problems fast.
THE
FEATURES OF PRESCOMM COVER PLUS
HOW
PRESCOMM COVER PLUS WORKS
Should your system fail for any reason simply call our technical
centre. A skilled professional will work with you to solve the
problem quickly and efficiently. In the event that your problem
cannot be resolved over the telephone we will arrange for an engineer
to visit your site within 8 working hours. Should a replacement
loan projector be required this will be delivered to your site
within 24hrs in the UK. We aim to repair your faulty unit and
return it to you within 5 working days. Repair costs may be applicable
subject to warranty conditions.
HOW
TO OBTAIN COVER PLUS
You
can take out a PRESCOMM COVER PLUS contract by contacting our
technical department or by completing the enclosed application
form and faxing back to us on 01932 875249.
Once
the form has been returned to PresComm, full details will be logged
on our computer database. A certificate will be issued to you
within 10 days and cover will commence immediately.

Loan units may not be the exact same make and model of your existing
unit but shall as a minimum be true XGA resolution and 1000 Ansi
Lumens brightness. The above details are subject to acceptance
of our standard terms and conditions of contract.
